If the user chooses not to disseminate the file, for example retaining the file for their own personal use, there can be no privacy implication.
youTubeify will only process images that are publicly available. Therefore private image collections, such as Pinterest private boards or Instagram private accounts, are not supported. Google Image search restrictions are also honored. So, if Google restricts access to an image source then youTubeify will treat the image as private (by removing that image chooser checkbox).
The Google Chrome webstore handles access and use authorization for the youTubeify extension. Installation of the youTubeify extension indicates acceptance of the terms.
